OUTDOOR SMALL GROUP TRAINING BOOT CAMP (3-8 PERSONS)

The Fitness Boot Camp combines resistance training, cardiovascular training and sport specific drills!

Each Boot Camp is 55 min. in duration and only €9-14.

Our TRX Boot Camp style class is a great way to increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight and break through plateaus! We look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals. Those who have the desire to make a positive change in their body, health and spirit can do it with TRX Boot Camp.

Each TRX Boot Camp is limited to only 4-9 participants and no more.

This ensures that you get plenty of personal attention from your Boot Camp Coach at all times.
